Ami Colé Skin-Enhancing Tinted Moisturizer
$32 $26
Perfect as a base for concealer and powder or on its own, this tinted moisturizer adds the perfect wash of color to make your skin look effortlessly glowy and smooth. It has a lightweight texture that’s easy to blend out with a brush or your fingers, and once absorbed, it looks like your skin but better. I use this tint pretty much everyday as my coverage before concealing, and I love that it never makes my skin look shiny or greasy (like many tinted moisturizers can) throughout the day.
Mara Sea Silk Lip Balm
$26 $21
We named this balm as the best rich formula in our best lip balms story, and for good reason. It has a slightly waxy but emollient texture that feels deeply hydrating, and it’s been my cure for dry, chapped winter lips this season. It is a little pricey, but you only need a tiny bit for each application—so I’m convinced it will last forever. I love applying it right before bed and waking up to lips that feel soft and smooth.
Amika Soulfood Nourishing Hair Mask
$34 $27
Adding a hair mask to your wash day routine can get you closer to your hair goals—whether that be more length or thickness. I love this one from Amika—it has a thick, creamy texture that really feels like it’s nourishing each strand, plus, the amazing scent lingers well after you step out of the shower. It’s packed with vitamins and antioxidants like sea buckthorn, panthenol, and jojoba to improve your hair health and add shine.
Oui the People Featherweight Hydrating Body Gloss Oil
$65 $52
Body oils can be a sensory nightmare—some are sticky and take forever to absorb, so you end up leaving an oil trail wherever you go. That won’t happen with this oil-serum hybrid from Oui the People (which is called “featherweight” for a reason). It’s able to sink into the skin quickly, instantly replenishing moisture in the skin with hydrating squalane and avocado oil. It leaves your skin feeling and looking soft, bright, and healthy; in fact, we love it so much we even named it our best body oil in last year’s Byrdie Beauty Awards. Another plus is the amazing scents—one has notes of orange blossom and geranium and the other has notes of green hyacinth and jasmine.
Merit Shade Slick Gelée Sheer Tinted Lip Oil
$24 $19
A good lip gloss should have two things: a long-lasting, glassy finish and a slick, non-sticky texture. This one from Merit has both and comes in four shades that are flattering on a variety of skin tones. This has become my everyday lip product—being able to instantly elevate any makeup look with just a sheer wash of color. I love that it has a lightweight consistency that sinks into my lips easily without being goopy, and that I can apply it without a mirror and still look flawless.
Shani Darden Skin Care Retinol Reform Treatment Serum
$89 $71
This serum is loved by dermatologists and editors alike, being able to revive dull skin and keep signs of aging at bay. It contains 2.2% encapsulated retinol to treat fine lines and wrinkles without causing irritation, as well as lactic acid to gently exfoliate. Aloe vera and niacinamide are also in the formula to soothe the skin while promoting an even skin tone. These ingredients work together to give you the bright, youthful skin of your dreams.
Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant
$35 $28
We can’t praise this simple but effective toner from Paula’s Choice enough (we even gave it a perfect five-star rating in our review). Formulated with 2% salicylic acid and green tea, it’s able to gently exfoliate without causing irritation, leaving the skin soft and smooth. I’ve had this for years but recently just added it back into my routine, and it’s giving me that glass skin effect I’ve been craving with consistent use.
Henry Rose Flora Carnivora Eau de Parfum
$120 $96
In need of a spring/summer scent that can take you from day to night? This fragrance from Henry Rose is what you’ve been looking for. With notes of tuberose, orange blossom, and jasmine, it’s an equally fresh and musky floral scent that’s perfect for the warmer weather. It has great lasting power as well—when I spray it on my clothes in the morning, I can still smell it when heading out in the evening.
Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder Flushed
$25 $20
We love multitasking products here at Byrdie, and this lip and cheek compact from Danessa Myricks is one of our favorites. Coming in seven bold, pigmented shades to add multidimensional color to the face, it’s able to flatter multiple skin tones. We love that it has a blurred, soft matte finish, and is formulated with multiple skin-beneficial ingredients like squalane and hyaluronic acid.
Ranavat Renewing Bakuchi Crème
$95 $76
This lush, rich cream has been a lifesaver for my dry, flaky skin—and has been a staple in my routine ever since the first application. It’s formulated with Ayurvedic ingredients to hydrate dry skin and brighten, like bakuchi seed, ashwagandha, and lotus flower. Even though it has a creamy consistency, it sinks in easily and instantly soothes my parched complexion.
