I have never watched The Bachelorin my life (I’m more of a Bravo girl), but after seeing trailers for The Golden Bachelor, in which the leading man is a 72-year-old widower, I knew I had to tune in. My instincts were correct, as what unfolded turned out to be some of the most riveting television I’ve ever seen. But while the drama was off to the races from episode one, I couldn’t help but be distracted by how amazing all the women—ranging from age 60 to 75—looked. We’re talking glowing skin, gorgeous makeup, and some of the best blowouts I’ve ever seen—at any age.
So, naturally, I went straight to the source and got all the details on their favorite products and treatments. Read on for the skincare secrets of the women of The Golden Bachelor.

Her thoughts on aging: It's such a cliche, but I believe that you are only as old as you feel. I feel like I'm losing volume in my face, along with the natural glow and color that I used to have. My skincare routine is all about moisturizing and then using the right makeup to recreate that color and glow.
Her favorite products: I absolutely love the It Cosmetics Moisturizer ($23) for both day and night. It feels so rich and creamy but doesn’t feel heavy on my skin. I use the Mac Lip Scrubtious Lip Scrub ($20) several times a week, and I especially need it in the winter. It helps keep my lips looking smooth, so my lipstick stays even and looks good all day.
Her favorite treatments: I'm recently obsessed with Opus fractional laser treatments. It reduces the tiny lines that have started to take over my face, and it lightens the freckles and discoloration. And the best part is that my face has more volume because it helps the production of collagen under the skin. I do a treatment about every six months.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorites: I don’t leave my house without my L’oreal Infallible Lip Color ($13). This product literally lasts all day, and all I have to do is reapply a little lip balm throughout the day to keep my lips moist.
Natasha
Her thoughts on aging: Age is just a number, not a limitation. I've spent most of my life taking care of my health—diet, hydration, exercise, and minimal partying, mainly because obesity runs in my family. My goal was to age without illnesses or having to take medicine.
Her favorite products: I love Keba’s Body Butter ($33) because it’s a fantastic moisturizer for my dry skin. The fragrance is delightful, and I can use it year-round. My go-to foundation is YSL’s Liquid Foundation ($60). I adore how it spreads effortlessly, provides long-lasting coverage without drying my skin, and is a perfect color match for my complexion.
Her favorite treatments: I’ve tried various treatments over the years, but my absolute favorite is microdermabrasion. It stimulates collagen production, revealing a fresh layer of skin that leaves your face looking and feeling fantastic.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorites: The Fenty Lip Paint ($28) in Uncensored is my favorite for a pop of color. I enjoy the ease of application, its long-lasting matte finish, and the sentimental value as it was a heartfelt Christmas gift from my niece, Jennifer.
April
Her thoughts on aging: Each day my goal is to be the most attractive, caring feminine essence honoring this temporary dwelling with self-care, spiritual practices, and gratitude realizing that each day I get one more chance to love more. No regrets! So yes, I feel my outside is important, but it is a reflection of much more…the wisdom and humbleness and childlike wonder that still is quite the vibrant, authentic me.
Her favorite products: Retinol cream by SkinCeuticals ($88) helps with any discolorations, pore issues, or a breakout. U Beauty Resurfacing Compound ($228) is my morning go-to. It is magic, and I’ve also used this since it came out. It actually tightens the skin, reduces pores, brightens skin, and helps with fine lines. It leaves no residue, so it really works well with other moisturizers. Hyaluronic acid is where I budget. My AM moisturizer is No.7 Protect and Perfect Intense Advanced ($21). For PM; No. 7 Lift and Luminate Triple Action Night Cream ($30).
Her favorite treatments: Though I do get fillers, I have also adopted Morpheus 8, microneedling, platelet plasma, and intense light procedures as part of my regular skincare regime. Do I get plastic surgery? Yes. Key point: Do not get elective surgery when either Mercury or Venus are in retrograde. Better to play it safe than sorry.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorites: “West Body Coverage Perfector ($49) for my complete body. I live in Florida, so being white is not cool, but alligator skin looks worse. This stuff stays on for a few days and comes in several shades. Get the big applicator brush (sold separately but worth it.).
Sandra
Her thoughts on aging: Fight it! Stay active, keep moving. Your heart is a muscle (like any other muscle) that will atrophy if you don’t exercise it regularly. Stay off that sofa until the end of the day. Stay busy with hobbies, projects, shopping, anything!
Her favorite products: Petroleum jelly for my lips. I’ve worn it 24/7 since I was a teenager. It stops the creases that usually form on the edges of the lips. It’s worked for me. An antioxidant is always the first product I apply after my morning face cleansing. I’ve used a SkinCeuticals brand product for years. I apply a Moisturizer with an SPF of 50 or greater. The sun is not our friend. It’s extremely damaging in the long run.
Her favorite treatments: I visit my aesthetician every three to four months and receive a therapy called NuEra, which is a radiofrequency treatment that heats and stimulates my collagen to firm and tighten my skin. The good news: It’s totally painless. Shoutout to Michele Salazar at Aqua Medical Spa in Tucker, GA, who administers this therapy.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorites: My lipstick. Without it, I feel incomplete, and I feel undressed and awkward if my lips are without color. I seldom leave the house without lipstick on my lips.
Peggy
Her thoughts on aging: My philosophy for aging is to age gracefully and naturally, as my mom and grandmother did. Yes, I loved how I looked 10 years ago, but as long as I’m healthy and my skin is healthy and glowing, I believe my total beauty comes from within, even if I end up with a few wrinkles!
Her favorite products: After cleansing with a mild facial cleanser, my three most important skincare products are a good toner to remove any dirt particles left behind after cleansing, then a serum, one for daytime and one for evening. Finally, a firming moisturizing face cream for the daytime and an anti-aging one for the evening.
Her favorite treatment: I absolutely love a nice facial. Not only for the relaxation of a facial but to really cleanse my pores, remove the outer layers of dead cells, and stimulate new ones, producing a healthy, youthful glow.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorite: A brand-new lipstick and new color always gives me a lift and is my confidence booster. Even if I didn’t have any other makeup on but the lipstick color that compliments my skin tone, I will feel beautiful!
Patty
Her thoughts on aging: My philosophy is to age gracefully by organically taking the best care of myself possible through exercise and proper eating habits.
Her skincare favorites: Any facial cleanser that dissolves the daily accumulation of pollutants from your skin, an alcohol-free toner, and a rich moisturizer with additives beneficial for aging skin.
Her favorite treatment: I love a facial because it makes my skin feel rejuvenated, and I love the extractions.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorites: Waterproof lipliner with highly pigmented colors that don’t bleed into fine lines.
Marina
Her thoughts on aging: What I put inside the body is more important than what I put on my skin. Eating a balanced diet, getting good sleep, drinking lots of water, and limiting alcohol to a glass a week or less. Looks and seems easy, but it is a practice that requires effort and patience.
Her favorite products: I gravitate toward natural brands. Aesop Perfect Facial Hydrating Cream ($125), depending on the temperature. For warmer days I use their Damascan Rose Facial Treatment ($85), then at night, I use the Sublime Replenishing Night Masque ($135). These have become such a habit for me now.
Her favorite treatments: I don’t do any injections or Botox. I'm as natural as it comes. Once every three months, I will go for a facial to make sure my skin gets a chance to breathe and all impurities that are buried under are cleaned. Also, it gives me time to close my eyes and let someone else take care of my face.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorites: My absolute favorite every day before I leave the house is Glossier You Eau de Parfum ($68). I feel like it is so me. Then my Kajal eyeliner; it’s an Indian brand I grew up with. I love eyeliner so much that I have a tattoo on my upper eyelid.
Anna
Her thoughts on aging: Adapt and find new ways to enjoy life and pursue passions. The most significant way I incorporate this philosophy into my daily life is with two words: stay active! This, combined with nutrition, mental health, social connections, and sleep, make it almost impossible to feel my age, even though the numbers keep climbing with every year.
Her favorite products: SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic Serum ($182), Retinol 1.0 ($100), and Glycolic 10 Renew Overnight ($90); Natura Bisse-Diamond Luminous Perfecting Cream ($240), Diamond Extreme Serum ($395), and Diamond Life Infusion Eye Serum ($310).
Her favorite treatment: Microneedling.
Christina
Her thoughts on aging: I always look for the positive in situations and people, life is just too short. Don't feel like just because you’re a certain age you have to limit yourself; dress cute, go to concerts, jump out of planes, travel lots.
Her favorite products: InstaNatural’s Vitamin C Cleanser ($29), Vibriance Super C Serum ($47), and Vibriance’s Retinol Serum ($42).
Her favorite treatment: Photo Fascial Laser.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorite: Laura Geller Baked Balance-N-Brighten foundation ($36) in Fair.
Maria
Her thoughts on aging: My philosophy when it comes to aging is all about love—recognizing and being grateful for all the love that is in my life, from my children, the love I experienced in my marriage, my family, and friends. I then choose to feel that love when I take care of myself.
Her favorite products: Moisturizer, because the more hydrated your face is, the sweeter you look. Face serum combats any signs of aging with a warrior spirit.
Her favorite treatment: I love facials because they help your skin stay clean and healthy.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorites: My go-to, confidence-boosting makeup is Thrive Mascara ($25) and Glossier Lip Balm ($14) and Lip Color ($18). Lipstick and mascara are simple, clean, and always look fresh.
Jeanie
Her thoughts on aging: For me, it's natural. I may look better with cosmetic procedures, but these wrinkles and lines tell a story. They show character. I’m proud of my age—there’s no reason to hide it.
Her favorite products: Olay Regenerist moisturizer ($21). I love the firmness and hydration it gives my skin. L’Oréal Voluminous Mascara ($9) really accentuates and pops my eyes. My Beauty Spot Hemp+ Peel-Off Face Mask ($9) for glowing skin that’s so soft to the touch. I feel spoiled after using it.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorites: I have a fair complexion and spent too much time in my earlier years without sunscreen. Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Color Correcting Treatment ($54) is fabulous under foundation to even out your skin tone and reduce any redness. When coupled with your favorite foundation, magically, you have a healthy, transparent glow.

Her thoughts on aging: You've earned the right to live life in a way that most suits you. And if that means letting your hair go gray and wearing no makeup at all or getting all the Botox and fillers you want, do what you feel good about. And if someone doesn't like it…well, they've got their whole life to get over it!
Her favorite products: A good moisturizing sunscreen that goes on clear, not white and pasty! I use Supergoop ($38). And body oils, I use vitamin E oil, coconut oil, or even olive oil instead of typical lotions or moisturizers. I also use Tretinoin cream to help keep the fresh skin shining through. This is a prescription product to help remove brown splotches on skin or age spots.
Her favorite treatments: I'm often without much makeup, and while I appreciate a fresh injection of Botox on my frown lines or forehead, I hesitate to do too much of that kind of thing. I think it's important to find a good aesthetician who knows the right amount and placement that can best enhance your face without overdoing it.
had a treatment once called Aqua Gold, it was 14-carat gold needles infused with my own blood plasma and mixed with some Botox and fillers, and they stamped it all over my face as a type of facial. The glow was apparent the following morning, and it appeared to just stimulate collagen because my face texture seemed to change after that.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorites: Just a good bronzer to enhance my face with some color. I don't use a foundation because for my aging skin, it seems too heavy—just a little glow of bronzer seems to do the trick for me.
Sylvia
Her thoughts on aging: Aging is a mindset; I think positively about the future, and I want to enjoy life with all its challenges and opportunities. I take risks and make choices that push myself and make me feel uncomfortable.
Her favorite products: I use sunscreen daily, as the sun is the number one culprit for wrinkles and dry skin. Prevention is the key to healthy and glowing skin. I use Trader Joe's Enrich Moisturizing Face Lotion with SPF 15 because it is light, and I do not have an allergic reaction to it like most products since my skin is very sensitive. I use olive oil to remove my makeup because it is good for the inside of your body as well as the outside. I also have two spoons in my freezer on a daily basis to put under my eyes to decrease any puffiness I may have.
Her favorite treatment: I do use Botox on my forehead because it gets rid of the lines on my forehead, and I am very expressive. I have been taking care of my skin since I can remember, wearing hats, standing in the shade, and covering my body with protective wear. I even use gloves while driving and a white shirt over what I am wearing so the sun does not hit my skin.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorites: I use any kind of 24-hour lipstick. I can go without makeup, but I can't live without lipstick; it brightens my face and puts me in a good mood!
Pamela
Her thoughts on aging: At age 75, I have a project, and that project is me! I don’t need to look younger, but look my best at any age. Beyond skin and hair, I have added strength training, cryotherapy, and massage therapy. The energy at my age is due to an entire program of health and wellness.
Her favorite products: TNS Advanced+ Serum ($295) by Skin Medica, this serum targets fine lines, wrinkles, and visibly lifts sagging skin. Alastin Hydratint Pro Mineral Tinted Sunscreen ($64) is light but covers well and provides sun protection. d’Alba While Truffle First Spray Serum ($35), I love this for a setting spray. It keeps skin looking hydrated all day.
Her favorite treatment: Skin pen microneedling. This treatment stimulates new collagen and elastin without causing scar tissue. It helps to minimize fine lines and moderate to severe wrinkles.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorites: NARS Blush Stick ($39) in Orgasm. It’s the perfect shade.
Edith
Her thoughts on aging: My approach is to embrace it. I have never felt more secure and beautiful in my life. I think with aging, I really found myself, and I accepted myself. I don't have the tight skin, my hair is all gray, but that's okay as long as you love yourself first.
Her favorite products: I make my own face cream, and the only reason I do that is because it's so hard for me to find something for my dry skin that I've been having lately. I get the shea butter, I get the aloe vera, I get the olive oil, and a little bit of almond oil, too. I mix that, and I put that on my face, and that really gives me so much moisture.
Her favorite treatment: Fraxel laser. It gives me lots of collagen on my face, and it gives me that natural look. I just started getting Botox. I had it years before, and I stopped a couple of years ago because I just didn’t like how my face was kind of frozen, especially my eyes. But just before Golden Bachelor, I decided, You know what? I’m just going to have a little bit on my eyebrow. So, I just got a little bit (and only I’m talking about a little bit) to give me that eyebrow lift.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorite: It would be eyelashes!
Renee
Her thoughts on aging: Growing older and aging is a challenging privilege. I watched my 99-year-old father still make the best of his life in spite of his challenges. And after my mother passed, he found love at 85 years old.
Her skincare favorites: Kind Science Eye Cream ($42) along with Kind Science Hydration Crème ($42), especially in the dry winter months. It is rich and creamy and feels good on the skin, and it’s not tested on animals. A good moisturizing lip balm such as Vaseline, Burt’s Bees, or Chapstick are all good choices.
Her favorite treatments: I love facials, especially oxygen facials because you can see the results right away. A little Botox goes a long way to freshen your look.
Her confidence-boosting makeup favorite: Laura Mercier Matte Radiance Baked Power ($48) gives a dewy, bronzed look.
